This is our largest store which spans over three floors.  There is free parking directly outside.  Unfortunately due to the age of the building the store is not wheelchair friendly.

Delivery Fees A flat delivery fee  is applicable to all orders. 
An additional charge of £5 per mile applies for delivery distances beyond the initial covered area. 
Delivery charges will be calculated based on the distance from our warehouse/shop to the delivery address. Delivery Procedure Customer Contact: Prior to delivery, our team will contact you to confirm the delivery details and schedule a suitable time. 
Curb-side Delivery: Our delivery service is curb-side only. We are not permitted to enter any premises, including homes, buildings, or properties.

Delivery Confirmation: Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the curb-side at the agreed time and location. Unsuccessful Deliveries If we are unable to deliver the goods because no one is available to receive them, the delivery will be returned to our facility. In such cases, the customer will be charged the full delivery fee. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges for re-delivery if required.

Important Notes: Ensure the delivery location is accessible and that there is a safe, suitable space for curb-side delivery. The driver will return to base if the driver feels that it is unsafe (injury to the driver, vehicle) to deliver.

• Change of Mind Returns If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 3 days of the purchase date for a voucher of equivalent value. To qualify for a voucher, the returned goods must meet the following conditions: 
 • Items must be returned in their original packaging. Items must be in pristine condition, unused, and undamaged. 
 • Returns Due to Damage or Defects.  If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. We will gladly exchange the item for a new one. If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, a full refund will be issued.
