Unsuccessful Deliveries If we are unable to deliver the goods because no one is available to receive them, the delivery will be returned to our facility. In such cases, the customer will be charged the full delivery fee. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges for re-delivery if required. Important Notes: Ensure the delivery location is accessible and that there is a safe, suitable space for curb-side delivery. The driver will return to base if the driver feels that it is unsafe (injury to the driver, vehicle) to deliver. Provide accurate contact information to avoid any issues with delivery confirmation.
